Direct debit

Direct debit is the easy way to pay your account from your savings or cheque account or from your credit card. To arrange direct debit from your financial institution, complete and send us the direct debit form or call our Customer Care team on 13 30 61.


To make a payment over the phone, call 1300 130 990 with your credit card details and invoice number.


To make a payment by post, detach the appropriate section of your invoice and mail with your cheque or credit card details to Locked Bag W145, Sydney NSW 1291.


Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

Australia Post — POST billpay

Pay with cash (minimum $5.00), cheque or credit card (Amex and Diners excluded) at any Australia Post office.


epayplus lets you pay your TransACT accounts online, as well as view your payment history and account details. (Excludes Amex and Diners Club payments.)

To make a single online payment without registering for our epayplus account management service, please use our one-off payment system. (Excludes Amex and Diners Club payments.)

To make a payment using Amex or Diners Club, please use our Amex and Diners online payment tool.
